The Dalistick concept

  • The Dalistick tool is a major achievement in Surface Finishing. In association with the Dalistick Work-station, it enables selective electrochemical treatments without generating any leakage of electrolyte, thanks to the flow control by the double-headed pump DK.
  • It is designed to achieve, on site, on plane or in workshop, thin metallic layers and surface-finishing on steel substrates or light alloys.
  • It allows to perform these treatments with a limited pre-masking and with a simplified surface preparation. The treatments can be achieved in any position, on curved, horizontal or vertical surfaces and edges.
  • The small volumes of electrolytes are recycled in closed circuit without leakage. The Dalistick work-station is a practical, environment-friendly and safety-friendly plating or anodising system.

    A wide range of applications

  • Anti-corrosion on light aluminium alloys through chromic or sulphuric anodizing.
  • Surface preparation before bonding or soldering through phosphoric anodizing.
  • Anti-corrosion with zinc, zinc nickel LHE, Cadmium L.H.E.
  • Electrical conductivity, with gold or silver.
  • Anti-fretting corrosion with tin alloys.
  • The quality achieved is equivalent or superior to that produced by the traditional brush plating technique. In other words, it meets the toughest industrial specifications.

    The Dalistick work-station

    The Dalistick work-station is a mobile electroplating unit combining a Dalistick tool, a rectifier, a temperature regulating unit, a circulation unit with pump and a trolley.
