The supplied rectifier is the key to this small but powerful anodising kit, with the correct product solutions it also allows for cadmium plating.

 Includes the new switch mode continuous power supply.

This unit supplies high current 30amps output in a light weight compact size case. It is suitable for Anodising as the initial voltage can be set at 30 volts also it is suitable for a variety of other uses including Selective Area Electroplating. In addition the variable output from 3 - 30 volts can be selected to suit the plating application from pre-treatment to copper nickel or Cadmium plating.

The Chromic Acid Anodising Solution will typically give a coverage of 43 sq inches at a thickness of 0.001" (1 thou) The Clean & Deoxidising solution used with power will strip the existing Anodised coat prior to re anodising.

The supplied manual is very informative but training is available if required, this will also be a certified course and provide operator certificates.
